BigFishCube grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to play the game for non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Transfer, sell or rent your game account to third parties;

Violate local, international copyright and data protection laws.

3. Virtual Goods

All in-game coins, items and props are virtual licensed content, not real property. BigFishCube reserves the right to adjust game balance, event rewards and virtual item rules without prior notice. No cash refund is offered for consumed virtual items unless required by law.

4. Account Management

You are fully responsible for your account security. BigFishCube will not compensate for account loss caused by your password leakage, device sharing or account trading. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All game graphics, logos, text, music and gameplay design are owned by BigFishCube. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as available" without warranty. BigFishCube does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and shall not be liable for indirect losses including lost profits or game progress.

7. Modification of Terms
